Dr. Robert Pampin of Sparta attended the March 5 board meeting of The Sparta Education Foundation (SEF) where he donated an electric bass guitar to the Isak Anderson Recording Studio at Sparta High School. After a patient of Dr. Pampin’s gave him the five-string Ibanez electric bass guitar, he restored it for use by the high school students. Dr. Pampin is a family practice physician

The Sparta Education Foundation (SEF) approved a grant to expand the Sparta High School Community Garden during their February board meeting. This grant was presented by Adrienne Castorina, Supervisor of Special Services, and Courtney Hyland, Life Skills teacher for grades 9-12.
